I know for a fact that I am at a healthy weight, but I am not healthy (does that make sense?) I eat a load of junk food, never exercise, and I fear I will lose my body. My tummy isn't toned and flat as I want it to be, so I'm striving or that as well. This is my blog about my healthy progress and what I do each day, and also works as fitspiration :) I also make motivation typos to help you guys. I don't promote disorders in any way.
